Takara Organic Hon Mirin 500ml
Takara Organic Hon Mirin is an alcoholic beverage seasoning brewed with organic glutinous rice, kouji rice and shochu, maturing in 40 to 60 days. The wine is naturally sweet from the fermentation and has an alcohol content of 14%. It should contain 3 ingredients: rice, koji and shochu (Japanese distilled alcohol).
Mirin adds a glossy finish to your dish, improves flavour infusion, eliminates raw odours, and helps food retain its structure, while imparting a refined sweetness and savoury umami. No added salt or preservatives.
