Takara mirin is an alcoholic beverage seasoning brewed with glutinous rice and rice malt for long period of time. It has an alcohol content of 12.4%-13.5%. The unmatched quality of Takara Mirin has made it the top selling brand in Japan and a tradition in good cooking for 160 years! 

Mirin adds a glossy finish to your dish, improves flavour infusion, eliminates raw odours, and helps food retain its structure, while imparting a refined sweetness and savoury umami. No added salt or preservatives.

Ingredients: Glutinous rice, koji rice, distilled alcohol (contains not more than 12.4%-13.4% alcohol by volume), dextrose
